Concierge Incentives. 1. Building a Relationship Between you and The Guild Restaurant Q: What is the Concierge incentive Program, and How Does It Work? A: The Guild Restaurant is dedicated pursuing happy guests by providing superb service. We understand the importance factor and the relationship between you and your guests.
Because of this a new formula was birthed. Each and every single person you send our way, we promise to meet, treat, and respect; it is our job to be an extension of your services and your personal nature. By helping us, it is our duty to help you by spotlighting the work you do. When you send a guest our way, we offer an Amuse (One Bite Taster) upon seating, and a complimentary Champaign split.
All gifts and eats given will be presented with a small custom designed card with a “Compliments on from ”. In the given blanks will be your name, and the name of your Hotel. If that didn’t seem enough, there is more! All guests will be prioritized and seated immediately so there will be no wait time for service and tables, giving them a “Very Important Person” experience all offered on behalf of their concierge. Q: Do Hotel Employees Receive Discounts at The Guild Restaurant? A: Why of course! As a member of the hotel/hospitality industry, you are entitled to a 15% discount off of your food bill.
All we would need is proof that you work at the hotel (i.e. Hotel ID, Pay check stub, Business Card, etc.). Smith May 09, 2007 When managers at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, Mich. Need to arrange a recognition event, they turn to Diane Eager. Though she wears a Bronson uniform, Eager is not an employee, nor does she work for a third-party incentive house. She is a concierge, one of three who work full-time on-site at Bronson through Best Upon Request, a corporate concierge company based in Cincinnati.
Traditionally employed to help workers book travel arrangements and theater tickets, the scope of concierge services is spreading to include many programs typically handled by HR. 'Workforce satisfaction, employee retention and incentive programs are big issues right now,' says Marsha McVicker, CEO of Errand Solutions in Chicago, which has partnered with Scottsdale, Ariz.–based incentive house Incentive Logic to facilitate corporate motivation programs and also has worked directly with clients to design programs that can be as complex as those created by conventional incentive suppliers. For the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Errand Solutions developed the CAREing Rewards Program, which offers on-the-spot rewards that range from Godiva chocolates to gift certificates for a free car wash. The program is managed online, via the hospital intranet, and the concierges handle over 100 requests from managers each month.
Before Best Upon Request arrived at Bronson six years ago, recognition programs for the hospital's 4,100 employees were handled by the HR department. 'We still play an integral role,' says Gail Cummins, HR project coordinator for Bronson Healthcare Group. 'They're like the delivery person. It just makes our life so much easier, and our managers love it because they know they have a one-stop shop.'

The concierges, who hold court in a converted closet next to the cafeteria, stock awards, mostly gift cards and logoed merchandise. For other clients, Best Upon Request has handled everything from procuring and delivering anniversary gifts to arranging on-site chair massages. With HR departments more squeezed for time and resources than ever, expect that more will turn recognition programs over to those already making their employees happy. Best Upon Request has had such success with their existing recognition programs that they're now offering it as an added service to new clients. Says Cummins, 'A lot of the time, we're the one to introduce the idea that you need to recognize your people.' What should companies consider before turning their incentive program over to a concierge?
'Be sure to work with an organization that is able to deliver on-site results in a timely fashion,' advises McVicker. 'Sophisticated technology, substantial infrastructure, inventory controls, detailed accounting systems and a team of professionals and partners all contribute to the success of such a program.'

Why build a Loyalty Program? With our experience and expertise in loyalty programs, 1Platinum continue to grow our network locally and internationally.
There is growing demand for businesses to develop loyalty and incentive programs to drive customer retention and offer a competitive edge. These programs are proven to deliver repeat business, effectively upsell and build stronger and longer lasting relationships with customers. In an increasingly competitive market place, an effective loyalty program can often be the difference that propels businesses to the top of their market place. How does it work? Loyalty programs are based on value added benefits for your customers or employees. These value added benefits can range from services, products, educational support and much more.
The reason why 1Platinum Concierge has become a market leader in building these programs for our clients is simple. We have access to products, services and world wide event tickets which form the foundation of our Loyalty and Incentive Programs. Dependant on our clients requirements and needs, we tailor and customise each loyalty program to ensure the value added benefits are perfectly suited to the clients customers. Here's an example. Company X has 50,000 customers. 5,000 of these customers are the top tier spenders. Company X wants to give these VIP customers a better level of service and offer them some extra benefits to ensure they are happy and continue to remain customers of Company X.
